Instalar .NET 3.5 Windows Server 2016 via cmd prompit powershell

1. Download the .ISO for Windows Server 2016 (could be the 180 day evaluation version). https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2016

2. Mount the .ISO as a drive. 

this is mounted by default to D:

3. Copy the /sources/sxs folder to wherever it needs to go. by default, the SxS file will be at c:\net\SxS

4. run the cmd
   
   powershell (neter)
   
   Install-WindowsFeature Net-Framework-Core -source C:\net\sxs

   

5. done!
